My Approach

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, attachment or trauma related issues in their relationships. During our initial session we will talk about client's present difficulties to delve into the issues in hand. We will create together best plan for our therapeutic work to stop the suffering. My clients see improvement within first few months, and sustained improvement thereafter.

About Me

I am a UKCP accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist holding a membership with the College of Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis. My main modality is psychodynamic, although I integrate different approaches such as art, music therapy and body awareness work. I prefer to work collaboratively to help us choose the best approach that will meet your needs. I have a high degree of skill and understanding of underlying issues and difficulties that may not be obvious to you. I practice in a warm, empathetic, and compassionate way.
Individual psychodynamic psychotherapy. Working with relationship difficulties, problems at work, childhood trauma or experiences of abuse and anxiety and depression. Group Specialism - Experiential group facilitator and reflective practice within organisations.
I offer a free 15 minute call with me to discuss what it is you would like to work on and to see if I am a suitable therapist for your situation. If I am not suitable, then I may have some ideas of what it is you need to look for.
