My Approach

I take an integrated approach and have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I am also a qualified supervisor with a certificate in clinical supervision from Metanoia Institute. I offer supervision to both trainees and qualified practitioners.

I also have a certificate in clinical assessment and a degree in psychology.

About Me

Thank you for visiting my profile page. I am an experienced psychotherapist and I provide a safe, compassionate environment for you to bring any issues affecting your well-being.

We work collaboratively towards your goals for therapy, whilst remaining open to what occurs in the context of the client-therapist relationship. Together, we can explore difficult feelings and experiences, and identify potential blocks to living a fuller life.

Common themes that emerge include unmet needs or early trauma, and the impact of this on present-day experiences, as well as more immediate issues related to day-to-day life and functioning.

My private practice is based in Crowthorne.
